I have worked as a Eugene photographer for the past 10 years. I really love my job! And one of the things that I love the most is the relationships that I develop with the families that I photograph. They start off as clients but soon become friends. I get to see their children literally grow up in front of my lens and capture their intimate family moments. It’s pretty special.
I met this family over 5 years ago, when Marco, 5, was in his mama’s tummy. I have since photographed them every year as their family has grown from 1 to 3 adorable boys. They are a beautiful family. My sessions with them area always fun.
This was my first time meeting the newest member of their family, Sebastian. He was just under a week when we had his newborn session and was so perfect. I love that I have gotten to photograph all 3 of these brothers as newborns. I see the similarities and the differences between them. Big brothers Marco and Jan, 2.5 adore him. They are loving and gentle. I can’t wait to see their relationship develop as siblings. It will be so much fun to capture!
These boys are so loved. Their parents Amelie and Boris are amazing. Having 3 boys under the age of 5 is a lot! But they make it look easy and do it with patience, kindness, and a lot of love. They also have Mariella, their live in German nanny, who is equally amazing. The boys adore her! It was fun to capture them all with her as well. They are a special family.
I am thankful for my job as a Eugene photographer and all of my sweet families that I get to meet and photograph and build these relationships with.
