Fall is my busiest time of year as a Eugene, OR family photographer. I love getting to see all my past clients that come back to me each year and meet all of the new ones. It is pretty amazing and I am grateful. My last blog post was in Sept! Yikes! My blog get’s seriously neglected. I hope to get caught up and share the beautiful families and seniors from this fall soon.
I chose to share this recent lifestyle/documentary session because it’s seriously adorable and most definitely one of my favorites from this year. I have photographed this family several times over the last 3 years and this session could not have been more perfect. This was our first lifestyle/documentary session. The kids were comfortable and happy. I got to see so much of their personalities, thus capturing so many sweet and real moments. The whole family made cookies together. I let their magical moments unfold. The kids felt no pressure to look at me and smile. They just were their cute selves. It really was magical and I literally could share their entire gallery. Their mama kept saying how special this session was because she felt like it was something her kids would look back on and remember.
My own kids will be off to college in a couple short years. Our time together goes by so fast. These sweet moments are so worth capturing. Your session can be as simple as preparing dinner together and having family dinner or your bedtime routine. These simple times together are the ones you will want to remember.
